FPSC to Hold Virtual Customer Meeting for Grenelefe Resort Utility, Inc.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will hold a virtual customer meeting for customers of Grenelefe Resort Utility, Inc. (Grenelefe) on Monday, September 15 at 2:00 p.m.

In January 2025, Grenelefe filed an application to increase its water and wastewater rates in Polk County. The virtual customer meeting provides customers an opportunity to comment on Grenelefe's request and quality of service. Customer input will be considered when the Commission makes its decision.

Customers who wish to speak at the virtual customer meeting may register by:

  • Completing the online registration form, available on the FPSC's website under Hot Topics on the home page and clicking on the Sign-up to Speak link; or
  • Calling the FPSC at 1-850-413-7080; or
  • Emailing the FPSC at [email protected].

Online speaker registration opens on Wednesday, September 1, at 9:00 a.m. EDT and closes on Thursday, September 11, at noon.

Grenelefe currently provides water service to 1,608 residential customers and wastewater service to 1,357 residential customers in Polk County.
