TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will hold a virtual customer meeting for customers of Grenelefe Resort Utility, Inc. (Grenelefe) on Monday, September 15 at 2:00 p.m. In January 2025, Grenelefe filed an application to increase its water and wastewater rates in Polk County. The virtual customer meeting provides customers an opportunity to comment on Grenelefe's request and quality of service. Customer input will be considered when the Commission makes its decision. Online speaker registration opens on Wednesday, September 1, at 9:00 a.m. EDT and closes on Thursday, September 11, at noon.
Virtual Customer Meeting Grenelefe currently provides water service to 1,608 residential customers and wastewater service to 1,357 residential customers in Polk County. Customers unable to participate can watch the live meeting on the FPSC's website by clicking "Watch Live and Archived PSC Events". |
