IDOT Announces Street Closures: River Street, Kiep Avenue, and Duncan Street

Please be advised that IDOT will be closing River Street from McKinley Street to Duncan Street, Kiep Avenue from Lucas Street to the south end of the roadway, and Duncan Street from Water Street to River Street later today, July 1 or Tuesday, July 2.

The roadways are being closed for construction of the I-80 over the Des Plaines River Bridges. Traffic will be detoured along Davis Street and Water Street during the closures.
