GRAY ANNOUNCES U.S. SERVICE ACADEMY NOMINATIONS, OPENS UP 2027 APPLICATION REQUESTS

Today, Congressman Adam Gray (CA-13) is announcing his student nominations who have been officially accepted into United States Service Academies.

Each candidate underwent a highly competitive, selective process as well as an interview by Congressman Gray's Service Academy Interview Committee, which included military leaders and various community members.

"These students have earned an extraordinary opportunity to serve their country through our nation's service academies," said Congressman Adam Gray. "Their hard work, discipline, and commitment to service reflect the very best of the Central Valley. A special thank you to the members of our Service Academy Nomination Committee for the time, expertise, and care they devoted to reviewing each application and helping identify these exceptional young men and women."

Congratulations to:

  • Angelina Borrelli, Los Banos High School, who has been offered appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy.
  • Brianna Reyna Hancock, Central Catholic High School, who has been offered appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy.
  • Brett Parker, Merced High School, who has been offered appointment to the U.S. Merchant Marines Academy.
