Malden Man Pleads Guilty to Drug Trafficking Conspiracy

BOSTON - A Malden man has pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston to his role in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

Isaiah Pierre, a/k/a "ZAY," 28, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams and more of methamphetamine. U.S. District Court Judge Brian E. Murphy scheduled sentencing for Feb. 11, 2027. Isaiah Pierre was charged along with his brother and co-defendant, Logan Pierre, a/k/a "LO," in June 2024.

In the fall of 2023, an investigation began into drug trafficking activities conducted by Logan and Isaiah Pierre. The investigation revealed that the Pierre brothers were actively selling methamphetamine in the greater Boston area. Between October 2023 and May 2024, Isaiah Pierre and Logan Pierre sold or arranged the sale of a pound methamphetamine on at least five separate controlled purchases.

Logan Pierre was sentenced in July 2025 to 10 years in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release.

The charge of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams and more of methamphetamine provides for a sentence of at least five years and up to 40 years in prison, up to a lifetime of supervised release and a fine of up to $5 million. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based upon the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and statutes which govern the determination of a sentence in a criminal case.

United States Attorney Leah B. Foley; Ted E. Docks, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Boston Division; Malden Police Chief Marc Gatcomb; and Revere Police Chief Maria A. LaVita made the announcement today. Assistant U.S. Attorney John T. Dawley of the Organized Crime & Gang Unit is prosecuting the case.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations, and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.
