Resolution and Budget Forums

MAPE members are invited to attend the forums and reviews leading up to Delegate Assembly. Delegates vote on behalf of their locals on the budget, resolutions and legislative platform. Connect with your delegates in local to ensure your voice is heard.

You can find a list of all delegates on the DA webpage. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Officers" tab.

The Finance Workgroup is hosting a forum where members can ask questions and provide feedback and a review that walks through the final budget recommended by Board of Directors. The forum and review are not recorded.

Budget Forum - Wednesday, Aug. 12, at noon. Add to your calendar
Members of the Finance Workgroup will present the draft of the budget at the two forums. Delegates and members can provide feedback.

Budget Review - Wednesday, Sept. 2, at noon. Add to your calendar
The MAPE Board of Directors will approve a final budget at the Aug. 21 Board meeting. The Budget Review will review the final budget as it will be presented at the Delegate Assembly.

Resolution Forums
The Constitution and Rules Committee will host two Resolution Forums where resolutions will be discussed. Resolution authors will present their resolutions, and their contact information will be made available for any additional questions or feedback. Time will be limited.

Due to the high number of resolutions, they will be split between the two Resolution Forums.

All resolutions/proposals are available here. If you have issues getting the link to load, try copying and pasting the excel link into an incognito webpage.


This forum will be recorded and posted on the DA webpage. You can reach out to the resolution authors with specific questions.

Legislative Platform Forum
Delegates vote to endorse the Legislative Platform, which sets the priorities of what MAPE will fight for during the Legislative Session. The Political Council is planning the forum.
