PSC Sets Intervention Deadline for Ameren Renewable Energy Standard Rate Adjustment Filing pr-26-26

The Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC) has set an intervention deadline of October 20, 2025 , in the request by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri to modify rates under its Renewable Energy Standard Rate Adjustment Mechanism (RESRAM).

On September 29, 2025, Ameren Missouri filed a tariff revision and supporting testimony to modify rates under RESRAM to recover costs for the 12-month period of August 2024 through July 2025. Ameren Missouri's RESRAM Rider requires it to make periodic filings to adjust for changes in its Actual Renewable Energy Standard costs for each accumulation period. The recovery period for this adjustment is February 2026 through January 2027.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102-0360, or by using the Commission's Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.
