Exciting things are happening at Rancho Cordova schools!
Students at Williamson and Cordova Meadows Elementary Schools celebrated with parents who recently completed post-testing in Folsom Cordova Adult School's ESL program, greeting them with cards, roses, and encouragement. Cupcakes made by Kinney and Walnutwood High School culinary students added to the festive atmosphere. With nearly 500 adults enrolled, the ESL program continues to expand to improve access and support English learning for personal, academic, and family success, strengthening home-school connections and confidence among parents.
At Cordova Gardens Academy of Arts and Sciences, kindergarteners confidently stepped into the spotlight for their holiday performance for families before the holiday break. Students also had the special opportunity to attend a live performance of by the Sacramento Ballet, sharing in the magic of a beloved holiday tradition.
