New Parks & Improvements Are Coming to Vista

Over the next several years, residents will see exciting improvements at parks throughout the city, creating more opportunities for recreation, relaxation, and community connection.

Breeze Hill Park- Phase 1: Located in the parking lot at the corner of la Tortuga Drive and Breeze Hill Road, the first phase of this project will begin with the construction of four new pickleball courts. The pickleball courts are expected to open in spring 2027.
