CCAC students in Dietetic Programs are being provided with the knowledge, attitudes and skills needed to function as competent entry-level Nutrition and Dietetic Technicians, as well as registered and certified Dietary Managers.
A Dietetics programs information session is set for Wednesday, August 12 at CCAC's Main campus.
The Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) is currently accepting applications to the college's Dietetics programs for the fall 2026 semester. The deadline for applications is Friday, August 14.
Interested students are encouraged to attend an information session on Wednesday, August 12 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Foerster Student Services Center on CCAC Main campus (808 Ridge Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15212). Participants will learn more about dietetics careers and CCAC's programs and requirements. Attendees will also have the opportunity to begin the application process. Registration is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. Interested students can register here.
CCAC's Dietetic Programs provide students with the knowledge, attitudes and skills needed to function as competent entry-level Nutrition and Dietetic Technicians, registered and Certified Dietary Managers. In-person classroom and online program courses are still available.
An integral part of a health management team, dietetic professionals participate in clinical and medical care, patient assessment, community education, public wellness support programs, food service management and more.
