Newport News, VA - The City of Newport News has launched new AI-powered chatbots on its website, providing residents, employees, and visitors with 24/7 access to information on Human Resources, the City's Code of Ordinances, and citywide services.
The new chatbots offer instant responses to frequently asked questions and connect users to official city resources in real-time. Whether searching for employment opportunities, clarifying a city ordinance, or locating a specific department, the chatbots help users find what they need quickly and efficiently.
"This new tool demonstrates our continued commitment to innovation and transparency," said City Manager Alan K. Archer. "By using technology to simplify communication, we're making it easier for our residents and employees to access information and engage with the city."
