FTV Capital Promotes Six Team Members

We are thrilled to announce several recent promotions across our team.

Gio Bacarella has been promoted to principal and is an investor on FTV's enterprise technology and services team. Gio joined FTV in 2017, and in the last year, he played a critical role in FTV's investments in Highway and Windward. Gio has also been deeply involved in our investments in EBANX, Lean Solutions Group, Masttro and Vórtx, and earlier in his tenure played a role in RapidRatings and Sunlight Financial.

Adam Motani has been promoted to vice president and is an investor on FTV's enterprise technology and services team. Since joining FTV in 2020, he has been active in sourcing and diligence and played an important role in several investments, including Butterfly MX, Egress, Kore.ai, LogicSource, Luma and VikingCloud.

Alexa Flamino has been promoted to senior associate and is an investor on FTV's financial technology and services team. Since joining FTV in 2022, she has been active in sourcing and diligence and worked on several investments, including Arden, Embroker, Masttro and Neptune.

Harrison Goodkind has been promoted to senior associate and is an investor on FTV's healthcare technology and services team. Since joining FTV in 2022, he has been active in sourcing and diligence and worked on several investments, including VALD.

Kyle Eng has been promoted to senior associate and is an investor on FTV's enterprise technology and services team. Since joining FTV in 2022, he has been active in sourcing and diligence and worked on several investments, including Highway and Kore.ai.

Kyleigh DeFalco has been promoted to senior associate and is an investor on the FTV Ascend team. Kyleigh joined FTV in 2024 and was involved in our investment in 360 Privacy.
