proposed Phillip Road Site project (6382 Phillip Rd.) is available for a 45-day public review and comment period from February 3, 2026 to March 23, 2026.

A public meeting will be held on
Thursday, March 12 for sharing oral public comments on the Draft EIR. This opportunity will be held as part of the Planning Commission Meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the Solar Conference Room located on the first floor of 116 South Grant St. The commission is not taking any action on the Draft EIR at the meeting.
