Australia, Papua New Guinea-Dentons has achieved ISO 27001 certification for all operations across Australia and Papua New Guinea, reinforcing its commitment to protecting client information and maintaining the highest standards of information security, risk management and governance.

ISO 27001 is the internationally recognised standard for information security management systems. Certification follows an independent external audit and confirms that Dentons' information security, risk management and governance processes meet globally recognised requirements. The certification demonstrates that the firm has robust and repeatable controls in place to protect client and firm information, manage risk effectively and support continuous improvement.

The achievement comes at a time when clients are placing increasing importance on information security, data protection and governance when selecting legal and professional services providers. ISO 27001 certification provides clients with additional assurance that Dentons' information security practices have been independently assessed against a recognised international standard.
