Dentons advises Connected Kerb on its acquisition of Trojan Energy’s Flat & Flush on-street charging technology

London-Dentons has advised Connected Kerb, a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, on its acquisition of the Flat & Flush on-street charging technology from Trojan Energy. The strategic transaction brings together two complementary technology platforms and positions Connected Kerb to accelerate the deployment of innovative, city-focused EV charging solutions across the UK.

Connected Kerb's acquisition of the Flat & Flush technology strengthens its ability to deliver smart, space-efficient charging infrastructure that meets the evolving needs of councils and commercial partners. The combined offering enhances flexible solutions for urban environments and supports the ongoing transition to electric mobility.
