/KASE, October 5, 2026/ - By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Alma Telecommunications Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker - ALTV) dated September 30, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

  • excluded: Yerzhan Aldar, T. Kosacheva;
  • elected: E. Gumarov, A. Mukasheva, G. Mazhitova, D. Tungushbayev, I. Ishmukhamedov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Alma Telecommunications Kazakhstan JSC consists of five people.
