Webinar: National Clean Energy Workforce Alliance: Connecting Job Seekers to Registered Apprenticeship Pathways

This webinar spotlights strategies to connect job seekers to high-quality careers through Registered Apprenticeships. These are proven pathways to high-quality, family-sustaining careers that offer paid training and clear routes to long-term employment.

This session features IREC's new online course: Apprenticeship Ready: Exploring Career Pathways. This self-paced, online course helps job seekers understand how apprenticeships work, explore clean energy and energy efficiency career options, and take the next steps toward entering a Registered Apprenticeship program. It is designed to build a stronger, more informed talent pipeline for employers and apprenticeship program sponsors.

We also share how the course connects to real opportunities through the Apprenticeships in Clean Energy (ACE) Network, which supports employers and sponsors by helping connect them with job seekers interested in apprenticeship pathways.

Alliance members share how they are connecting candidates to Registered Apprenticeship pathways, how they plan to use the course, and how participating in the ACE Network supports their recruitment and workforce development efforts.
