NORTHBROOK, Ill., Sept. 29, 2025 - Sixty-five of the country's most inspiring youth leaders assembled in Chicago this past weekend for the second annual Allstate Foundation National Youth Service Summit. This transformative event, widely recognized as the premier development opportunity of its kind, brought together young nonprofit founders, leaders and innovators (ages 18-22) for four days to deepen their community impact and amplify their leadership.
How the Youth Service Summit amplifies social impact
Chosen from a highly competitive pool of more than 500 applicants, these young changemakers are already leading groundbreaking community impact initiatives, from launching nonprofits to addressing issues like food insecurity and health disparities. The Summit is designed to be a catalyst for their continued growth, offering them a unique space to connect, learn and collaborate with peers and mentors.

"We believe in helping youth to lead in positive community impact. By investing in these remarkable young people, we are directly fueling their growth and redefining youth service for a new generation.
