New Beginner English Class
Are you new to English or reading or writing in any language?
Starting English Together is for adults who are learning the ABCs for the first time. In this class, you will learn the alphabet, simple words, and how to speak in everyday conversations. We use fun activities, games, and real-life practice to help you feel confident using English.
Who should join?
Adults who:
- Are just beginning to learn English
- May not read or write in any language
- Want to build confidence and practical skills for life in the community
All are welcome - even if you've never learned English or how to read or write.
Class Details
Where: Method Road Community Center
When: Mondays, Sept. 8 - Oct. 27
Time: 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Ages: 18 and older
Cost: Free
