Route U in Pemiscot County Reduced for Pavement Repairs
SIKESTON -Route U in Pemiscot County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform pavement repairs.
This section of roadway is located over Interstate 55 at Exit 14 near Hayti, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Thursday, Aug. 27 from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
