IDB is Visiting an IowaWORKS Location Near You!

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month

The Iowa Department for the Blind (IDB) and IowaWORKS American Job Centers (AJCs) will work together throughout the month of October to enhance employment services and support for Iowans who are blind or have low vision.

A representative from the Iowa Department for the Blind will be on site at various IowaWORKS American Job Centers throughout the month to provide introductions, answer questions, and help individuals build connections with their local AJC.
