Immunogenicity and safety of an investigational quadrivalent measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella vaccine in children aged 4-6 years: A phase II, randomized, multi-country trial

A new phase II study found that an investigational quadrivalent measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella (MMRV) vaccine generated immune responses comparable to the licensed MMRV vaccine in children ages 4-6, with a similar safety profile. These findings support continued clinical development and the potential to expand vaccine availability for children worldwide.

We're proud to recognize Carmen Deseda, MD, Principal Investigator at CMRC Headlands as a co-author on this important publication. Congratulations to Dr. Deseda and all study collaborators for advancing pediatric vaccine research and helping strengthen disease prevention for future generations.
