SR-94/I-5/SR-15 Connectors Closed August 2 - 6 For Guardrail Repair

SAN DIEGO - Caltrans will close the eastbound State Route 94 (SR-94) connector to southbound State Route 15 (SR-15) on Sunday, August 2 and Monday, August 3 each night from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., and the westbound SR-94 connector to northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) on Sunday, August 2 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Caltrans will also close the eastbound SR-94 connector to northbound SR-15 from Tuesday, August 4 to Thursday, August 6 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Motorists heading to southbound SR-15 can continue east on SR-94, exit at Euclid Avenue, turn left to the westbound SR-94 on-ramp, and connect to southbound SR-15.

Motorists heading to northbound I-5 may continue west on SR-94, exit at 25th Street, and proceed straight on F Street to the northbound I-5 on-ramp.

Motorists heading to northbound SR-15 can continue east on SR-94, exit at Euclid Avenue, turn left to the westbound SR-94 on-ramp, and connect to northbound I-805, and if needed, connect to SR-15.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
