Service management: any customer, any service, one experience

Behind every Cornell service are teams working together to support students, faculty, and staff. As part of the Cornell Experience Modernization Initiative (CEMI), the Service Management team is helping service providers strengthen collaboration across organizational boundaries and adopt shared practices that improve how services are delivered and supported.

This work is laying the foundation for a more consistent and connected experience as Cornell modernizes its administrative systems, including leveraging Workday as a university-wide enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution in 2028. By improving coordination, clarifying responsibilities, and reducing duplication, the team aims to make services easier to navigate while building capabilities that will support Cornell's future needs.
