On the occasion of the ministerial reshuffle issued pursuant to Amiri Decree No. (11) of 2026, His Excellency Dr. Obaid Saif Hamad Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Board of the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID), extends his sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency Dr. Yaqoub Sayed Youssef Hashim Al-Refaie on the occasion of his appointment as Minister of Finance of the sisterly State of Kuwait.
His Excellency emphasized the pivotal role played by the financial sector in supporting comprehensive development pathways, expressing his best wishes to His Excellency for success in leading the financial system, enhancing economic stability, and advancing Kuwait's ambitious development plans.
He further prayed to Almighty God to grant him success in his duties, and to preserve the State of Kuwait under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir of the State, may God protect and preserve him, and to grant the country continued progress, prosperity, and well-being for its people.
