Affordable housing - waitlist applications open through July 10

Applications are now open for affordable rental units at Willow Terrace. Applications are due July 10 at 5 p.m.

Units are located at 1121 Willow Road in Menlo Park.

Applications are open for one-bedroom units at the 80% Area Median Income Level. Applicants will be placed on a waitlist to fill future vacancies. Learn more about the property and income eligibility requirements.

Applications can be submitted electronically (preferred) and by mail or in person at the property management office located at 2358 University Ave., East Palo Alto, CA 94303.

Amenities include: onsite laundry, free parking, gas cooktops, updated kitchens, ample storage, and nearby public transportation and freeway access.
