UAA Culinary Arts will offer a variety of 1-credit courses that are open to the community and all UAA students, staff and faculty in the fall semester.
It's going to be a busy fall for the Culinary Arts Department and we'd love to have you join in the fun!
Come discover new culinary skills with our hands-on one-credit elective courses, open to students of all majors and experience levels. Our CA A490 series offers an opportunity to get in the kitchen or bakery and try something new.
Explore global flavors in 'West African-Influenced Cuisine' and 'Intro to Malaysian Cuisine', build practical kitchen skills in 'The Basics of Butchery' and 'Vinegar Making', or get creative with 'Culinary Resilience' and 'Holiday Baking 2' .
