Norlantic Capital is proud to share that we have recently been admitted as a member of Invest Europe, the leading association representing Europe's private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure sectors. This marks an important milestone in Norlantic's growth and our commitment to global best practices, transparency, and investor alignment.
To mark this occasion, the Norlantic team had the pleasure of attending the 2025 Invest Europe Investors' Forum in Geneva - a premier industry event bringing together institutional investors, fund managers, and thought leaders from across Europe and beyond. The forum provided valuable insights into capital formation trends, macro risks, and opportunities across the private markets landscape. It was an energizing and highly productive few days.
Ahead of the forum, we hosted an investor roundtable in Zurich, gathering a select group of investors and professionals for thoughtful discussion around U.S. middle-market private equity. We were honored to welcome Matthias Knaur as our guest speaker. Matthias offered deep and practical perspectives on operational resilience, innovation in businesses, and the changing role of private equity in family-owned enterprises.
Following the Geneva conference, we continued the conversation with another investor roundtable in London, where we were joined by Alastair Rimmer. Alastair delivered a compelling talk on value creation in private equity - sparking engaged dialogue among attendees on how private equity ownership drives long-term investment returns.
Across both events, we explored a range of topics including: the resilience of U.S. lower mid-market businesses, the advantages of co-investment access, succession planning in founder-led companies, and evolving LP expectations around fees, transparency, and alignment.
We extend our sincere thanks to Matthias, Alastair, and all those who participated in these discussions. Your perspectives enriched the conversation and reinforced the value of bringing diverse voices around the table.
We look forward to continuing this dialogue with our global partners as we build a differentiated and aligned platform for private equity investing in the U.S. middle market.
