The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has congratulated Soman Rana on winning the Gold medal in the Men's Shot Put F57 event at the Commonwealth Games 2026 in Glasgow.
The Prime Minister said that with this exceptional triumph, Soman Rana has secured India's first-ever Commonwealth Games Gold medal in the event.
Shri Modi lauded his focus and unwavering determination throughout the competition and extended his best wishes for his future endeavours.
