FSB Companies Lead Investor In Starkville Condo Project
STARKVILLE, MS - The FSB Companies is excited to be the lead investor in a $14 million, mixed-use development of 42 premium condominiums and boutique retail space in Starkville, MS.
"The 509", named after its location at 509 University Drive, is located half a mile from Mississippi State University- an area that has seen unprecedented growth in recent years. The development will consist of two three-story condos with parking underneath. The spaces will feature open layouts, private balconies, specialized design elements and elevator access.
Starkville-based Tabor Development and Alabama-based Progressive Properties, have partnered together for this project. Starkville architect, Briar Jones and engineer Saunders Ramsey have also been enlisted to contribute to the development.
Construction will begin this summer with phase one scheduled to finish fall 2017.
