LV Collective Appoints Devon Low Vice President of Wellness and Partnerships to Advance Resident Experience Strategy

AUSTIN, Texas - Nov. 4, 2026 - LV Collective, an Austin-based, vertically integrated real estate developer and operator recognized for creating experience-driven communities, announced the appointment of Devon Low as vice president of wellness and partnerships. Low will lead initiatives that integrate physical, mental and social wellness into the company's student housing and multifamily communities through resident programming and strategic brand collaborations.

The appointment builds on LV Collective's approach to residential development, combining design, hospitality and community programming to foster a sense of belonging and create experiences that extend beyond residents' apartments.

"For too long, the real estate industry has focused on the physical spaces we create rather than how those spaces make people feel. At LV Collective, we believe the future of living is about more than great design and amenities. It's about creating environments that improve people's lives through wellness, meaningful relationships and a genuine sense of belonging," said David Kanne, CEO of LV Collective. "Devon understands that the real value of a community isn't measured in square feet, but in the energy, connections and experiences created within it. His entrepreneurial background and vision for bringing people together will help us redefine what it means to live in an LV community."

Low joins LV Collective after founding and serving as CEO of Kollective, a national social performance club concept that blends fitness, recovery, coworking and social connection into a hospitality-inspired experience. At Kollective, his approach emphasized personal connections and a sense of belonging over amenities alone, drawing on the idea that people return to places where they feel known and welcomed.

At LV Collective, Low will work alongside the company's design and operations teams to shape fitness and recovery spaces and expand programming beyond traditional classes. The approach treats physical, mental and social wellness as connected parts of everyday life, with opportunities for residents to participate at their own pace.

"Real estate has spent decades focused on where people live. I think the next era will be defined by how people live and what they feel connected to," Low said. " The shared spaces already exist. The opportunity is to bring more soul into them and create experiences where people feel like they belong. There's an opportunity to bring fitness, recovery, work and social connection together in our residential communities to create places people genuinely want to be part of."

Low will also oversee strategic brand partnerships across the LV Collective portfolio, including opportunities involving Rambler, Daydreamer, Paseo and its other properties. He envisions collaborations with wellness, hospitality and lifestyle brands that contribute their expertise through on-site events and ongoing resident touchpoints, rather than one-time sponsorships. The goal is to create experiences that offer value to residents while giving participating brands meaningful ways to engage with LV Collective communities.

Through the new role, LV Collective aims to connect its thoughtfully designed environments with the programming, relationships and experiences that make residents feel part of a community.
