WARSAW, Poland, Sept. 25, 2025 - WZE S.A. and Lockheed Martin recently performed a production line validation of two major Patriot Advanced Capability - 3 Missile Segment Enhancement (PAC-3 MSE) activities through the WISLA offset program.

The thorough audit, including the US Government, is to certify that the WZE S.A. Attitude Control Section (ACS) and Attitude Control Motor (ACM) components meet quality, safety and compliance standards. This is a critical milestone leading up to the final stages of setting up these two production lines, completing these offsets projects and transitioning to production.

"Conducting Production Line Validations is a huge step made by WZE on the path to join Global PAC-3 MSE Supply Chain and an important milestone in WISLA Program's E4a Offset Commitment. After five years of execution of the Offset Agreement, it is clear that this is a fruitful and mutually beneficial way of cooperation, as it opens both U.S. and Polish participants to new opportunities" said Damian Gorzelany, Chief Executive Officer of Wojskowe Zakłady Elektroniczne S.A.

The PAC-3 MSE ACS and ACM are crucial components for controlling PAC-3 MSE's trajectory and Hit-to-Kill accuracy. The ACMs, housed within the ACS, fire explosively to refine the missile's course and ensure body-to-body impact.

"Partnering with Polish industry is a win for the U.S., Poland and our worldwide PAC-3 users," said Robert Orzylowski, director of Poland and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) for Lockheed Martin. "The new ACS and ACM production lines will allow WZE SA to join the global PAC-3 MSE supply chain and further cement our partnerships with the Polish defense industry for the long-term."

The PAC-3 MSE is a cornerstone of Poland's air and missile defense. PAC-3 MSE uses unique "Hit-to-Kill "technology that detects, tracks and intercepts threats including tactical ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, advanced threats and aircraft using body-to-body contact.
