Mercyhealth welcomes family medicine doctor in Lake Geneva

Mercyhealth is pleased to welcome Masa Kinoshita, MD, board certified family medicine doctor, to the staff of Mercyhealth Lake Geneva, 350 Peller Rd., Lake Geneva. He also serves as a faculty member of the Mercyhealth Family Medicine Residency Program-Lake Geneva.

Dr. Kinoshita is excited to begin work with patients and the family medicine residents learning from him. "I believe it's always important to invite new ideas, whether it be brought forward by the patient or the patient's loved ones," he said. "I also welcome specialists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and others to contribute to the care of the patient. I believe a better outcome is achieved when everyone is involved and comes together as a dedicated, harmonious team for the patient's oveall well-being. I also believe each patient is unique, and therefore the diagnosis and treatment plan must be individually tailored. I aim to carefully listen to each patient, and have the patient be involved in their care. I strive to treat each patient as if I am treating my family member or a dear friend."

After earning his medical degree at St. George's University School of Medicine, West Indies, Grenada, Dr. Kinoshita served his residency at Mercyhealth Family Medicine Residency Program-Lake Geneva. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
