Bernhard Completes Sale of EPIC Piping, Fully Realizing Fund I

BATON ROUGE, La. - Oct. 1, 2026 - Bernhard Capital Partners ("Bernhard"), an infrastructure and services-focused private markets investment firm, today announced the closing of the previously announced sale of United WELD Holdings ("UWH") to One Equity Partners, fully realizing Bernhard's inaugural fund. UWH is the parent company of EPIC Piping ("EPIC"), the platform's flagship operating company, and BendTec.

With the closing of the EPIC transaction, all Fund I investments have been realized.
