Congressman Pfluger also received the AbilityOne Congressional Champion Award for his dedicated advocacy of the West Texas Lighthouse for the Blind over the years.

"It was an honor to visit the West Texas Lighthouse for the Blind and see firsthand the incredible work being done to empower individuals who are blind or visually impaired. This organization provides purpose, independence, and dignity to so many in our community. I'm proud to support organizations like the Lighthouse that are making a difference for West Texans, and I'll continue looking for ways to champion policies that support Texans with disabilities," said Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11).
