Friday, August 8 - Spears Street at the Highway 90 intersection will remain closed through Monday, August 11 , for paving and striping , weather permitting. The intersection is expected to reopen late Monday. This improvement project was made possible, in part, by sales tax dollars.

The construction is being done as part of intersection improvements being made to the Spears Street and Highway 90 intersection. Intermittent closures are expected to occur throughout each phase of the project, which is anticipated to take approximately 90 days, weather permitting.
