The law is equal for everyone, and the state stands above any individual. Every day, the Special State Prosecutor's Office, the Police Directorate, and the Special Police Department prove that no one is untouchable, and that justice is becoming ever stronger, said Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinator of the Bureau for Operational Coordination Aleksa Bečić.
He emphasized that there must be no generalizations of any kind, and that institutions are not concerned with your name, but with whether you respect the law.
Whether you are a Montenegrin citizen or a foreign national - if you respect the laws and institutions, the state will respect you. If you act contrary to them, you will feel the full strength of the institutions, Bečić stated.
The Deputy Prime Minister strongly condemned all forms of violence, calling on citizens and public officials alike to act with responsibility, wisdom, and composure.
Justice will be delivered solely by the institutions of the State of Montenegro - equally to all, Bečić concluded.
