City of Binghamton - Terminal Pump Station Project

Negative Declaration

Broome County - The City of Binghamton Council, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Binghamton Terminal Pump Station Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the City of Binghamton, in a joint venture with the Village of Johnson City, which owns a pump station located at 3936 Gates Rd in the Town of Vestal. The project involves rehabilitation of the existing pump station. Additionally, this project includes the construction of a 20 x 30 building addition on the west side of the existing building, as well as a new driveway. All is to be completed on the existing, previously disturbed site. The project is located at 3936 Gates Rd in the Town of Vestal, New York.
