First Service Bank Announces Billy Henry to Conway Advisory Board

First Service Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Billy Henry to its Conway Advisory Board. Henry currently serves as Corporate Director of Physician Enterprise at Conway Regional Health System, where he works closely with providers and clinic staff to lead operations and expand access to healthcare across the communities served by the system.

A native of Wilson, Arkansas, Henry developed a strong work ethic early in life and has built a career focused on improving healthcare accessibility and strengthening local communities. In his role at Conway Regional, he plays an important part in supporting physicians and clinic teams while helping guide operational strategies that improve patient care and community health.

In addition to his professional leadership, Henry remains deeply engaged in the Conway area. He previously served on the Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is committed to initiatives that strengthen the region and improve quality of life for those who live and work here. Billy is also committed to serving the Faulkner County community through his active service at Second Baptist Church in Greenbrier with his wife, Morgan, and their three children. He also spends dedicated considerable time to youth sports as he coaches multiple sports between all of his children.
