The City of Tampa Water Department has lifted the precautionary boil water notice for customers in the Easton Park neighborhood in New Tampa.

Customers can now use their tap water as normal for all household activities.

The City issued the precautionary boil water notice after a sudden loss of water pressure. Water Department crews conducted bacteriological testing to confirm the water is safe, and the test results have cleared the water for normal use.

City of Tampa workers will visit homes in the affected area to deliver notices informing customers that the notice has been lifted.

The City apologizes for the disruption and appreciates customers' patience and cooperation during this time.
