Elementary students score new place to play
Hundreds of students at William M. Anderson Elementary School now have a brand-new space to play with the opening of a mini soccer pitch on campus this week. The pitch creates more opportunities for students to stay active, build teamwork skills, and develop healthy habits during and after the school day. This addition expands youth sports opportunities and brings the game directly to campus-made possible by Genesis, the U.S. Soccer Foundation, and the Major League Soccer Players Association.
