Early Morning Solo Vehicle Fatal Collision
Mountain View, CA - On Monday, April 27, at approximately 3:00 a.m., Mountain View Police officers were dispatched to a solo-vehicle collision at the off-ramp of Highway 85 and Central Expressway, where the driver had collided into a wall.
Upon arrival, responding officers and City of Mountain View Fire Department personnel provided medical treatment to the sole occupant of the vehicle. The male driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Mountain View Police Department's Traffic Unit is conducting this collision investigation. The cause of this collision is currently under investigation.
