Summary of Actions Taken by Dublin City Council on Tuesday, September 16

The following is a summary of actions taken by the Dublin City Council at its meeting held on Tuesday, September 16:

• Presented the Constitution Week Proclamation.
• Welcomed new City of Dublin staff members.
• Approved the minutes of the September 2, 2025 Regular City Council meeting.
• Authorized enforcement of the California Vehicle Code to privately owned roads within the Wallis Ranch subdivision and approved an agreement with the Wallis Ranch Homeowner's Association for the provision of traffic enforcement services.
• Approved an amendment to the Land Lease between the City of Dublin and U.S. Bank National Association.
• Adopted the City of Dublin Title VI Program.
• Found that developers having obligations under active Development Agreements and Supplemental Agreements as Amended, have complied in good faith with the Terms and Provisions of the agreements.
• Approved the annual review of the Statement of Investment Policy and delegation of authority to complete investment transactions.
• Approved an agreement with East Bay Pool Services, Inc. for aquatic facilities maintenance and approved a budget change.
