Amsterdam, November 11 2025 - What began as an extraordinary physical challenge has resulted in an even greater collective achievement.
Today, it was proudly announced that DHS Real Estate Investment Management, together with a group of business partners who competed in the IRONMAN triathlon in Cascais have raised an impressive EUR 120,000 for the Prinses Máxima Centrum voor kinderoncologie, surpassing their original fundraising target of EUR 100,000.
The team-driven by a shared passion for endurance sports and a deep commitment to supporting children with cancer-completed the full IRONMAN distance: a 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike ride, and 42.2 km marathon run. Their mission extended far beyond the finish line, as they rallied supporters, donors, and partners to contribute to groundbreaking research and care for young patients at the Prinses Máxima Centrum voor kinderoncologie.
"We set out with a bold goal, and to see our community come together with such generosity has been incredibly moving," the group said in a joint statement. "Crossing the IRONMAN finish line was unforgettable, but knowing that our effort contributes to better futures for children makes this achievement truly meaningful."
The EUR 120,000 raised will directly support the Princess Máxima Center's mission to cure every child with cancer while improving their quality of life during and after treatment.
The DHS team extends heartfelt thanks to it's all its donors, but in particular to Baltisse Real Estate, UTB Industrial Acquisitions BV, Feldberg Capital, C&R Hospitality Services, EuroZaken, DRS Makelaars, Square Four and ofcourse the supporters, volunteers, and organizations who contributed to exceeding this milestone.
