A high-tech company is headed for new digs in Richardson.

E4D Technologies is moving from its office on International Parkway to the new Parc Northeast building at 2920 Telecom Pkwy.

The manufacturer of high-tech medical devices is leasing 42,362 square feet in the new project to be built off Bush Turnpike.

"After spending more than 13 years segmented in three buildings, E4D will be consolidating operations into a new state-of-the-art facility in June," Cushman & Wakefield senior vice president Cribb Altman said in a statement. "The new building will help showcase their latest technologies and techniques to their customers in a much more efficient layout."

Altman Cushman & Wakefield's Mike Wyatt and Charlie Beck represented the company in its search for a new office location.

"This new space will allow E4D to consolidate into one building, creating an open and inviting work space that will carry the company into the future," said Brett Hetherington, senior director of finance at E4D.

Parc Northeast is being built by developer Jackson-Shaw. Josh Barnes of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the new lease.

PageSoutherlandPage will be the architect for the new project.
