The Landings Concrete Improvement Project

The City of Fort Lauderdale is working with Team Contracting, Inc. to make improvements to concrete infrastructure throughout The Landings. This project includes restoring existing concrete within:

• Valley gutters between asphalt roads and grassy swales or concrete sidewalks
• Curbs in the median or between asphalt roads and concrete sidewalks
• Sidewalks

Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and is expected to be completed on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Work will take place daily between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Traffic & Parking Impacts

• Temporary lane and sidewalk closures are expected within the neighborhood daily during work hours.
  
• Traffic control personnel will direct traffic as needed.
  
• Neighbors are asked to refrain from parking along the street within the neighborhood daily during work hours.
  
• Access to driveways will be maintained unless work is taking place in the immediate area across from the driveway. Crews will attempt to coordinate with neighbors prior to the start of concrete operations that will impact driveway access.
• Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.
