Lane, Ramp Closures Scheduled Nightly on US-101 for Capital Preventive Maintenance Project in Marin County

Schedule: Monday, Nov. 9; Thursday, Nov. 12 through the morning of Saturday, Nov. 14

Marin County - Caltrans will continue its Capital Preventive Maintenance project along US-101 for paving and permanent pavement striping. All work is weather dependent.

Various northbound and southbound lanes will be closed on US-101 on Monday, Nov. 9 as well as Thursday, Nov. 12 through the morning of Saturday, Nov. 14 from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. the next mornings.

The following ramps are scheduled to be closed during at various points:

• Northbound US-101 off-ramp to Industrial Way from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 off-ramp to Sir Francis Drake Blvd. from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 on-ramp to Sir Francis Drake Blvd. from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 off-ramp to Manuel T. Freitas Parkway from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 on-ramp and off-ramp to Smith Ranch Road/Lucas Valley Road from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Mission Avenue from midnight to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 on-ramp and off-ramp to N. San Pedro Road from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Lincoln/Villa Avenue from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Redwood Highway from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Southbound US-101 off-ramp to Mission Avenue from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Southbound US-101 on-ramp and off-ramp to Lincoln Avenue from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Southbound US-101 on-ramp off-ramp to N. San Pedro Road from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Southbound US-101 on-ramp and off-ramp to Freitas Parkway from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Southbound US-101 on-ramp and off-ramp from Lucas Valley Rd. from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Detour for Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Sir Francis Drake Blvd

• From Southbound Redwood Way, head south on Redwood toward industrial Way
• Continue onto Tamalpais Drive
• Turn right to merge onto Northbound US-101
• From Northbound Redwood, head north on to Redwood and turn right onto Rich Street
• Head south on Redwood Highway toward Industrial Way
• Continue onto Tamalpais Drive
• Turn right to merge on Northbound US-101

Detour for Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Mission Avenue

• From eastbound Mission, head east on Mission Avenue
• Turn left onto Grand Avenue
• Merge onto Villa Avenue
• Merge onto Northbound US-101
• From westbound Mission, head west on Mission Avenue
• Turn right onto Lincoln Avenue
• Turn right to merge onto Northbound US-101

Detour for Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Lincoln Avenue

• From southbound Lincoln, continue south onto Lincoln and turn left onto Mission Avenue
• Merge onto Northbound US-101
• From northbound Lincoln, continue north onto Lincoln Avenue
• Turn right onto N. San Pedro Road
• Turn left on Northbound US-101

Detour for Northbound US-101 on-ramp from N. San Pedro Road

• From westbound N. San Pedro, continue onto N. San Pedro Road
• Turn right onto Los Ranchitos Road

• From Southbound Redwood, continue southeast onto Redwood Frontage Road
• Turn right onto Manuel T. Freitas Parkway
• Turn right onto Las Gallinas Avenue
• Turn right onto Lucas Valley Road
• Take Northbound US-101 on-ramp at Smith Ranch Road
• From Northbound Redwood, continue on to Redwood Frontage Rod
• Turn left onto Smith Ranch Road
• Merge onto Northbound US-101 at Smith Ranch Road

Detour for Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Lucas Valley Road

• Head southeast on Lucas Valley Road
• Continue on to Smith Ranch Road
• Turn right onto Redwood Highway
• Turn right to merge on to Northbound US-101

Detour for Northbound US-101 on-ramp from Smith Ranch Road

• Continue onto Smith Ranch Road
• Smith Ranch Road becomes Lucas Valley Road
• Turn right onto Las Gallinas Avenue
• Turn right onto Miller Creek Road

Detour for Southbound US-101 on-ramp from Lincoln Avenue

• From Northbound Lincoln, head northwest on Lincoln Avenue
• Continue on Los Ranchitos Road
• Turn right onto N. San Pedro Road
• Turn left onto Merrydale Road
• Turn right to merge on to Southbound US-101
• From Southbound Lincoln, head Southeat on Lincoln Avenue
• Turn left on Second Street
• Turn right to merge on to Southbound US-101

Detour for Southbound US-101 on-ramp from N. San Pedro Road

• From Westbound N. San Pedro Road, continue onto N. San Pedro Road
• Turn left to merge on to Northbound US-101
• Use the right lane to take the Northbound US-101 ramp
• Take the exit toward Manuel T. Freitas Parkway
• Continue onto Manuel T. Freitas Parkway
• Turn right onto Southbound US-101
• From eastbound N. San Pedro Road, head southwest on N. San Pedro Road toward Merrydale Road
• Turn right onto Los Ranchtos Road
