Update of Financial Calendar 2025
"KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.", announces the amendment of the Financial Calendar for the year 2025 in the context of the correct and timely information of the investing public in accordance with articles 4.1.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and 2.5 of Decision 25 the Stock Exchange Markets Management Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, as follows:
- Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday 10 July 2025 (instead of Monday 28 July 2025).
The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, provided that it informs the investing public in a timely manner by amending the present, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange.
