WASHINGTON, DC - Congresswoman Nellie Pou (D-NJ-09) tonight voted in favor of H. Con. Res. 84, a congressional resolution expressing opposition to American military involvement in Lebanon.
"I have voted four times to invoke the War Powers Resolution and end America's conflict with Iran because the President never received authorization from Congress required by the Constitution, and the American people do not support this war," said Congresswoman Pou. "I voted for the resolution today for the same reason: to prevent another unauthorized military conflict."
