Les Ulis, 3 February 2026 - Nicolas Servage will assume the role of Président of Apixit as of 1 April 2026. He succeeds Fabrice Tusseau, with whom he has jointly led the company as Co-Managing Director since 2018, developing it into a leading cybersecurity and network infrastructure specialist. Within the management team, Fabrice Tusseau has served as primus inter pares in the role of Président. His term in this position ends as planned on 1 April, after which he will support the transition through to the end of the year before retiring.
Fabrice Tusseau has played a defining role in Apixit's development since 2011-initially as Managing Director and, from October 2014, as Président. He will remain with the company until the end of the year, serving in an advisory capacity and taking on strategic responsibilities within the Bechtle Group in France, with a particular focus on strengthening collaboration across the organisation.
Nicolas Servage joined Apixit in late 2014, first spending four years overseeing Administration, Finance and Human Resources before becoming COO and, in 2018, Managing Director of the Apixit Group, including subsidiaries Orsenna and NMS. The 44-year-old began his career at KPMG in France and later helped establish Orange Cyberdefense, where he served as Chief Financial Officer.
"Over the past 15 years, Fabrice Tusseau has played a central role in Apixit's success, developing the company into a leading cybersecurity specialist with a broad portfolio. He also played a key role in driving the strategic sale to Bechtle, enabling the company to accelerate its development within a strong European group," explains Mathilde Bluteau, Vice President France at Bechtle. "Nicolas Servage is the ideal choice to succeed him as Président, as he brings continuity and stability, combined with a strong commitment to further developing Apixit."
Apixit has been part of the Bechtle Group since late 2023 and currently employs 345 people across nine locations-Lille, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Les Ulis (headquarters), Rennes, Quimper, Nantes, Lyon, Toulouse and Maisons-Laffitte. The company specialises in network infrastructures and cybersecurity and operates its own Security Operations Centre (SOC). In addition, Apixit provides services in digital infrastructure and network operations as well as comprehensive managed services.
Apixit with its subsidiaries NMS and Orsenna is part of the Bechtle Group in France alongside Bechtle direct, Bechtle Comsoft, Inmac Wstore, and Cadmes. Together, the seven companies employ around 1,200 people across 16 locations, generate approximately 825 million euros in revenue from IT products and services, and provide more than 40,000 customers in the public and private sectors with an extensive portfolio ranging from traditional IT infrastructure, networking and modern workplace solutions to cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
