New additions continue growth trajectory for combined firm

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 28, 2026 - Pinnacle Financial Partners added eight new financial services professionals, bringing expertise in commercial banking, automotive dealer finance, wealth management, treasury management, client service and more as the firm continues to build momentum in the Jacksonville region.

Warren Anderson, Beverly Flanagan, Annie Howe, and Michael Munoz join as financial advisors, Joni Dailey as treasury management advisor, Danielle Littlefield as financial advisor associate, Shawna Stripling as market execution manager and Rose Coles as office leader in Yulee, Florida.

This group brings deep knowledge and decades of financial services experience to the firm. In their roles, they will serve clients in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida with relationship-based banking and financial solutions tailored to their individual goals.

"These additions bring the kind of specialized experience that will have a huge impact for our clients," said Bryan Taylor, Pinnacle's regional president for Jacksonville. "Our newest team members have spent their careers building relationships with clients. Growing our Jacksonville team means clients will have even more trusted advisors who understand their unique goals and can help them make decisions to support their long-term growth."

Anderson, financial advisor, brings extensive automotive and dealer commercial finance experience to Pinnacle. He most recently served as business development officer for Santander Bank and previously held dealer financing and financial services roles with several banks and automotive finance companies. Anderson earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.

Coles joins Pinnacle as office leader for the Amelia Concourse location in Yulee, Florida. She brings nearly 20 years of branch leadership, risk management, and small business banking experience. In her previous role at Truist Bank, she led a team of bankers, oversaw daily branch operations, supported client retention and deposit growth, and helped small business clients with lending and treasury management solutions.

Dailey, treasury management advisor, brings extensive experience in treasury management, operational risk, retail banking and sales leadership. She has held senior leadership roles with various banks, leading treasury management sales, operational risk programs, deposit operations and retail teams. Dailey earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and an MBA in executive leadership from Jacksonville University.

Flanagan, financial advisor, brings decades of private banking, wealth management, trust administration and financial planning experience to Pinnacle. She most recently served at PNC Private Bank in Jacksonville and has held senior wealth and private banking roles with area banks. Flanagan earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Mary Washington.

Howe, financial advisor, brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to Pinnacle. She previously served as a homebuilder relationship manager for Ameris Bank, managing credit relationships for homebuilders in Jacksonville, Palm Coast and Gainesville. Her career also includes construction banking leadership and branch management roles.

Littlefield, financial advisor associate, brings investment services, client support and operations experience to Pinnacle. She previously worked for VyStar Credit Union Investments in Jacksonville, and she held investment services roles with Pickler Wealth Advisors and Fidelity Investments. Littlefield earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from American InterContinental University and served in the United States Navy.

Munoz, financial advisor, brings 27 years of financial services experience to Pinnacle. He most recently served as commercial lending division manager for United Community in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Before that, he spent 15 years with Bank of America in multiple roles, including senior relationship manager. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of New Orleans and serves on the board of advisors for the YMCA at Nocatee.

Stripling, market execution manager, brings more than 18 years of banking, operations, commercial banking support and branch leadership experience to Pinnacle. She most recently served at Ameris Bank, and her career spans commercial banking and branch leadership roles with Ameris Bank, Fifth Third Bank and Atlantic Coast Bank.

These additions to the team bring Pinnacle's Jacksonville hiring total to 17 client-facing and support professionals this year. The firm entered Jacksonville and the Florida market in late 2023, and Synovus, which merged with Pinnacle earlier this year, has served the region for more than two decades through locations in Duval, Nassau and surrounding communities. Together, the combined firm is building on that local history by attracting talented and experienced advisors who have deep market knowledge and strong client relationships, enabling them to serve the financial needs of people and businesses in the Jacksonville community.
